Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies. Participate in outbound sales initiatives to reach potential customers and promote special offers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with market trends is a plus. A proactive approach to outbound sales efforts is desirable.
