The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and developing their skills in the field of sales management, as this is an active selling position. This position will involve an understanding of the company’s operations, processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong sale metrics, customer service, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
