Quality Control Inspector

Position OverviewWe are currently hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Inspector. In this role, you will ensure that all products—both incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods—meet company specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with manufacturing and assembly teams to inspect components, monitor processes, and propose improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specificationsInspect raw materials and approve or reject based on quality standardsConduct final inspection of all finished productsMaintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and metricsMonitor compliance on production lines and in assembly operationsManage the Return Material Authorization (RMA) processRecommend improvements to manufacturing processesParticipate in regular training and educational opportunitiesRequirementsProven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and a quality-first mindsetAbility to read and understand technical drawingsFamiliarity with basic inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, comparators)Knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection proceduresBasic math and computer skills; working knowledge of MS OfficeHigh School Diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionTrustworthy, responsible, and proactiveWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payFull benefits packageOn-the-job training and development opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented work environment
