Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced Board-Certified IM/FM Physician to serve as a Primary Care Medical Director/Clinical Physician in northern California.Details:Full-time roleMedical Director/Clinical Physician is responsible for the coordination and oversight of all medical care and quality of services providedThis position will serve as a member of the Medical Management Staff and will collaborate with the Executive Director and Board of Directors in the development of services and program plansThe Medical Director will ensure consistent quality of care to patients of the clinic by the oversight of the establishment of clinic quality goals, which include the tracking and monitoring of these goalsThe Medical Director/Clinical Physician will also provide delivery of medical services to patients of the clinic in a primary care and/or urgent care environmentQualifications:3-5 years' work experience in Internal Medicine or Family PracticeGraduate of a University/Program with a Doctorate Degree of Medicine or Osteopathic– MD or DOCurrent California Medical License – MD or DOUnrestricted Current DEA RegistrationCurrent California Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate of Registration2 years Medical Director experience preferredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary of $290k - $350k (varies based on skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure)Paid time off401K retirement planMedical, Dental, and Vision coverageTuition reimbursementand many more voluntary benefit options!Community:Living in this Northern California city offers a unique blend of natural beauty and relaxed, small-town living.
