People like you.How You Can Make An ImpactLead the monthly financial close and reporting process for multiple entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis.Review the general ledger, cost center results and inventory-related accounts, identifying unusual items or large fluctuations and driving timely corrections.Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and selected P&L account analyses that provide clear, actionable insights to management.Manage intercompany accounting and reporting: reconcile IC balances with global affiliates, prepare monthly intercompany reports and support intercompany settlements.Prepare and file monthly, quarterly and annual sales and use tax returns for the US and Canada, including data gathering, issue resolution and support for tax compliance and audits.Support budgeting and forecasting activities through data preparation, reporting and analysis, and assist with year‑end audit schedules and inquiries.Perform sales analysis, support GR/IR maintenance and participate in annual physical inventory observations and related accounting adjustments to ensure accurate financial statements.What Sets You ApartBringing a bachelor’s degree in accounting and approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience is also welcome.Strong skills in Excel that allow you to work confidently with large data sets, build clear analyses and ensure data integrity.Solid understanding of general accounting principles, financial statements and the monthly close process, ideally in an international or multi‑entity environment.Experience with intercompany reconciliations, tax compliance (sales and use tax) and audit support is a strong plus.Exceptional time management skills: you organize your work efficiently, handle multiple deadlines in parallel and keep stakeholders informed.A precise, detail‑oriented working style combined with a sense for the “big picture” behind the numbers.You collaborate closely with colleagues in Finance and the business, listen carefully, communicate clearly and contribute your ideas to continuously improve processes.What We OfferPurpose and impact.
