Property Manager

Join our team at Biggs Property Management as a full time Property Manager for our Angola Manor and Pleasant View communities! The Property Manager is a reliable individual who is eager to take on the responsibility of running their own property. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. We seek someone with a strong work ethic, confidence, and integrity. Top-notch administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also important, as the successful candidate will interact with members of the public looking for housing and also communicate with members of the corporate team. HUD/TC experience is required. Computer experience is essential. Core Responsibilities: Collecting rent Signing leases Showing prospective residents' homes Maintaining occupancy and delinquency records Attending court for evictions Addressing and resolving resident complaints Actively market and promote the community Mail correspondence to residents HUD/TC experience required. Proven experience in operating Microsoft 365 applications. Experience with Yardi software is a plus. Demonstrated ability to collaborate electronically.
