Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent at Proper Fix Group Inc. As a Sales Agent, your responsibilities will include identifying prospective clients, fostering customer relationships, selling company services, responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and actively participate in learning sessions and training programs to continuously improve performance. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide a positive customer experienceSales expertise with proven ability to identify customer needs and close dealsUnderstanding of Insurance processes and ability to communicate relevant information to clientsWillingness to participate in Training and professional development opportunitiesSelf-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms is a plusPrevious experience in sales, property management, or a related field is advantageous
