Head of Executive OperationsKPC Financial Solutions | Southlake, TXHelp Build a Company That Changes Lives Through Financial Clarity and ConfidenceKPC Financial Solutions is a growing, values-driven financial advisory firm focused on helping people retire with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.Our philosophy is simple: Enriching Others’ LivesWe believe true wealth is measured not only by finances, but by the impact we make on the lives of the families we serve and the people we work beside.We are looking for a high-character, highly capable operational leader to become a trusted right hand to the CEO and help create structure, accountability, organization, and operational excellence throughout the company.This is NOT a traditional Executive Assistant role focused primarily on calendars, travel, and administrative support.We are looking for someone who: - creates order out of chaos - solves problems proactively - protects executive focus and priorities - improves systems and workflows - drives accountability and follow-through - anticipates needs before they become stress points - helps a growing organization operate at a higher levelThis role sits at the center of operations, communication, organization, and execution.About the RoleThe Head of Executive Operations serves as a strategic operational partner to the CEO and leadership team.This person will help improve organizational efficiency, maintain operational structure, coordinate moving priorities, and ensure important initiatives do not fall through the cracks.The ideal candidate is mature, resourceful, trustworthy, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and capable of operating independently in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Operations & Leadership Support - Serve as a trusted operational partner to the CEO - Help prioritize initiatives, deadlines, and follow-through - Protect CEO focus and time by filtering distractions and improving workflows - Coordinate leadership communication and accountability - Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action items, and follow-up systems - Compile weekly KPI and sales reportingOperational Management - Improve systems, organization, and internal processes - Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions - Help create operational consistency across departments - Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met - Organize and maintain operational documentation and systemsAdministrative & Business Operations - Manage and organize critical business information - Assist with payroll support, invoice review, licensing tracking, and operational coordination - Help oversee CRM, custodian, carrier, and operational platforms - Maintain organization of shared systems, files, and workflows - Assist with vendor coordination and office organizationCommunication & Team Coordination - Help align communication between departments - Support leadership accountability and execution - Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion - Help maintain a healthy, organized, mission-aligned cultureWho Thrives in This Role- naturally takes ownership - enjoys building structure and improving systems - thinks ahead instead of reacting - communicates clearly and professionally - remains calm under pressure - values loyalty, integrity, and trust - loves helping leaders operate more effectively - enjoys solving problems and figuring things out independently - wants to grow with a company long term- Individuals with military, operations, logistics, executive support, or mission-critical leadership experience often thrive in this role due to their ability to operate under pressure, solve problems proactively, maintain organization, and execute with discipline and ownership.What We Are NOT Looking For- waits to be told every step - prefers repetitive task-only work - struggles with changing priorities - avoids accountability - only wants calendar/travel management responsibilities - prefers large corporate bureaucracy over entrepreneurial environmentsCompensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 depending on experience and capability - Performance-based bonus opportunities - Paid time off - Growth opportunity within a rapidly growing company - Highly trusted leadership role with meaningful impactLocationPrimarily in-office role in the Southlake, Texas area.APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)To be considered, applicants MUST submit:1.
