As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a high-impact, data-driven recruiting function responsible for building the workforce that powers our clinical and operational success. Every hire you influence directly impacts access to care, client outcomes, and organizational performance.From scaling high-volume pipelines for RBTs to attracting top-tier BCBAs and operational leaders, you’ll design and execute strategies that ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.
