Explore this opportunity:Register patients for a variety of procedures and appointments and feel the pride of going above and beyond to help others. In this role, you'll obtain demographic details and insurance information and ensure proper scheduling. You'll record patient history while obtaining pre-certification and authorization for patients. Most importantly, you will be the calm and reassuring presence patients need as they navigate their hospital experience.This is a full-time evening position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 12pm to 8pm and 12:30pm -8:30pm NYP Hudson Valley Hospital located at 1756 Route 9D, Cold Spring, NY upper Westchester County, NY *Travel may be required to another offsite locations (Croton-on-Hudson, Cortlandt Manor)Preferred criteria:Energetic, approachable individual with a desire to put patients first.EMR (EPIC) experience preferredMust be detailed oriented, able to problem solve and work independently.Medical Registration experience preferred.Ability to multi-task and perform various registration duties on demand.
