Packaging Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented *Packaging Operator* to join our production and warehouse team. The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating packaging equipment, preparing finished products for shipment, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Responsibilities * Operate and monitor packaging and labeling equipment. * Package finished products according to company standards and production requirements. * Inspect products and packaging for damage, defects, or quality issues. * Label, seal, wrap, and prepare products for storage or shipment. * Load packaging materials into machines and replenish supplies as needed. * Perform basic equipment adjustments and report mechanical problems to a supervisor. * Maintain accurate production and packaging records. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures. * Follow company policies, quality standards, and operating instructions. * Assist with other production or warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous packaging, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic mechanical skills are a plus. * Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. * Ability to lift and move materials as required during the shift.
