The Customer Service Representative will respond to inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients, providing accurate information about insurance and financial products, policies, and services. This role includes resolving billing questions, processing basic account updates, and documenting all interactions in internal systems with a high level of accuracy. The representative will work to understand client needs, escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining service standards, meeting performance metrics, collaborating with colleagues, and actively contributing to a positive, client-focused environment.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on clear communication and professional interaction.Experience enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through responsive, solutions-oriented service.Ability to work effectively in a Customer Service Representative capacity, managing multiple client inquiries and priorities.Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.Comfort learning and using customer relationship management (CRM) and policy administration systems.High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational abilities.Ability to work on-site in Cookeville, TN, and collaborate with a diverse team.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in customer service, insurance, or finance are a plus.Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
