The primary role will be to work closely with the warehouse manager on shipping in and out and tracking the material delivery schedule. In addition, this position will develop, implement, and manage customer accounts and serve as the liaison between the clients, vendors, and the company. The Account Representative is essential in to conduct the general business operations of Techline, Inc. and in meeting the needs of its customers.Techline Account Representatives have a primary goal of sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.Role and ResponsibilitiesAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExercise independent judgment and discretionRelay customer needs to Techline staff membersResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustNegotiate with the manufacturer regarding pricing and delivery detailsQualifications and RequirementsExperience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsMinimum of one-year (1) sales-based work experience requiredMinimum of Bachelor's degree in engineering-based, industrial distribution, or applicable field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience requiredRequired Skills and AbilitiesPossess strong written and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExhibit the ability to negotiate and problem-solveDemonstrate initiative to take on new projects and learn new skillsExhibit the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProvide attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskLegally authorized to work in the United StatesSupervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment.
