About the CompanyThe Warehouse & Inventory Manager is responsible for end-to-end control of all raw materials, APIs, components, and finished goods inventory supporting sterile compounding operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance (cGMP, USP), and uninterrupted production through effective forecasting, purchasing, and warehouse execution.About the RoleThis role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of inventory management and ensuring compliance with industry standards.ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Control Maintain real-time inventory accuracyOversee cycle counts and physical inventoriesEnsure lot/expiry tracking (FEFO)Monitor inventory trends and riskWarehouse Operations Manage receiving, quarantine, release, storage, and distributionEnsure proper segregation of materialsMaintain cleanliness and organization per GDPProcurement & Purchasing Source APIs, excipients, and componentsManage vendors, pricing, and lead timesGenerate and manage purchase ordersProduction Support Ensure timely material stagingPrevent stockouts and delaysCompliance & Quality Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, USPMaintain documentation integritySupport audits and inspectionsSystems & Reporting Use inventory systems for trackingGenerate inventory and forecast reportsLeadership & Team Management Supervise warehouse staffTrain team on GMP/GDP practices QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred5+ years in inventory or warehouse managementExperience in regulated industries preferredStrong knowledge of inventory systems and forecasting Required SkillsInventory accuracy ≥ 99%Zero production downtime due to inventory issuesReduction in expired/BUD wasteAudit readinessExperience in regulated industriesEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
