Job DescriptionPosition SummaryAs a Home Delivery Driver for Mom's Meals, you will be an integral part of ensuring our customers have their meals for the upcoming week. You will load and unload prepacked boxes of meals from designated cold storage to our customer's homes. Providing prompt delivery, with excellent customer service reflects our Core Values at Mom's Meals.\n\nSchedule: 4 day work week, Tuesday-Friday\nPay: $19 per hour\nMonthly Bonus Opportunity!Position responsibilities may include, but not limited to\nSafely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws at all times\nLoad meals into company vehicle at designated cold storage facility\nDeliver meals to our clients, often taking meals into clients' homes\nMake phone calls to clients when delivery issues arise or if necessary for your region\nAccurately and consistently record deliveries on MMHD delivery application\nConsistently follows all food related sanitation/food safety procedures\nProvide excellent customer service to clients at all times\nInspect, clean, and maintain equipment in a safe operating manner\nReport any equipment failures and vehicle damage immediately to supervisor so proper repairs can be scheduled in a timely manner\nAssist with vehicle and driver audits\nEnsure deliveries occur in compliance with established protocols\nRequired skills and experience\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMust have a valid driver's license\nHave an excellent driving (DMV) record\nGood communication skills; must be able to speak/read/write English\nMust be able to sufficiently operate a smart phone\nMust be familiar with and comfortable using and following GPS routing\nBasic math skills\nMust be able to drive in various types of weather and traffic conditions\nAble to work in variable weather conditions\nPrior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values\nPass a post offer drug screen and background check\nPass a post offer MVR Lookup\nPreferred skills and experience\nPrevious delivery experience\nPhysical requirements\nPhysical stamina to stand and walk for long periods\nAble to push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs\nVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus\nAble to perform repetitive movements\nAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)\nCompany Overview\n\nMom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide since 1999.
