Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fullystocked. Maintain a clean, welcoming store-including restrooms, trashareas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure fullcoverage. Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee storefinancials. Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team toexcel.
