For over 20 years, we have partnered with customers across North America to solve complex engineering resource challenges.What You’ll Be DoingLearning Management & Training OperationsSupport and administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) for engineering and technical training programs.Coordinate training activities, learning schedules, communications, and system updates for global engineering teams.Ensure training content, learner records, and reporting data are maintained accurately across learning platforms.Support virtual and in-person training events, including scheduling, logistics, and learner engagement.Learning Technology & Process ImprovementImprove learning workflows and automate administrative processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.Manage and maintain SharePoint sites used as centralized learning and training resource hubs.Assist with integration and data flow between LMS platforms, SharePoint, and other internal systems.Support reporting and dashboard creation to track training participation, completion, and learning effectiveness.Business Partnership & Program SupportPartner with HR, Learning & Development, and Engineering teams to identify training needs and support implementation of learning initiatives.Assist with training program rollout, user support, and issue resolution related to learning systems and tools.Support continuous improvement efforts for learning operations, processes, and user experience.What You’ll Need to Be SuccessfulRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Learning & Development, Information Systems, or a related field.2+ years of experience supporting Learning Management Systems, training coordination, HR systems, or learning operations.Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsExperience with LMS administration and understanding of SCORM/API integrations.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.Familiarity with training metrics, reporting, and dashboard tools such as Power BI.Exposure to AI-enabled workplace tools or workflow automation technologies.Basic knowledge of Python or automation scripting is a plus.Ideal BackgroundsThis role is well suited for candidates with experience in:Learning & Development OperationsLMS AdministrationHRIS / Learning Systems SupportTraining CoordinationLearning TechnologySharePoint AdministrationTechnical Training SupportBusiness Systems Analysis
