Regional Clinical Support

CareCore Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Regional Clinical Support RN supporting our skilled nursing facilities throughout the Cleveland and Northern Ohio region.This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who enjoys variety, problem-solving, team collaboration, and supporting facility teams to maintain high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. Travel between facilities throughout Northern Ohio is required.Responsibilities:Provide clinical support and guidance to nursing teams across multiple skilled nursing facilitiesAssist with clinical operations, audits, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiativesSupport facilities with survey readiness and follow-up action plansCollaborate with DONs, ADONs, and facility leadership teamsAssist with staff education, mentoring, and clinical coachingSupport staffing and clinical coverage needs as necessaryReview clinical documentation, care plans, and nursing processes for compliance and accuracyHelp drive positive clinical outcomes and continuity of care across the regionTravel regularly throughout the Cleveland/Northern Ohio marketQualifications:Active and unencumbered Ohio RN license requiredPrevious skilled nursing or long-term care experience requiredPrior leadership experience preferred (DON, ADON, Unit Manager, Clinical Consultant, etc.)Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulationsExperience with survey readiness and clinical compliancePointClickCare (PCC) experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsAbility to travel throughout Northern Ohio facilities as neededValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysMileage reimbursementEmployee Discount ProgramSupportive leadership teamOpportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple facilitiesJoin a team committed to providing exceptional care and supporting clinical excellence across CareCore Health facilities.
