AGS has the experience, technology and commitment to bring change to an industry with increasing pressure on carbon footprint and valorization of residual wastes.Alliance Green Services is looking for a Project Management Engineer, located in Europe (France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Romania, Luxembourg or Spain).Your job :As a Project Engineer Developer, you will be responsible for Site visits, Technical and Commercial offer ,Project Planning and execution, coordinating and monitoring the company's technical projects. You will ensure that deadlines, budgets and quality requirements are met, while ensuring effective communication between the various stakeholders.Your main tasks:1/ Planning and organizationDefine the project objectives and deliverablesPrepare commercial and Technical OfferSell the project to customerDraw up the project schedule and budgetProject ExecutionIdentify and allocate the necessary resourcesSet up monitoring and reporting tools2/ Team managementSet up and coordinate the project teamLead monitoring and steering meetingsMotivate and unite teams around project objectivesManage conflicts and difficult situations3/ Risk managementIdentify and analyze potential risksImplement preventive and corrective actionsMonitor and control risks4/ CommunicationEnsure effective communication with the various stakeholdersWrite reports and presentationsOrganize progress reviews and steering committeesYour profile:Engineering degree or Project Management, Engineering Management or related field3 to 5 years' experience in project management, ideally in a technical or industrial environmentFluency in EnglishWilling to work up till 70% of time out of country.Your technical skills :Proficiency in Pack OfficeBudgetary and financial management of projectsRisk analysis and managementKnowledge of industry standards and regulationsProficiency in planning and reporting toolsAbility to understand and analyze technical documentsYour soft-skills:Excellent communication skillsLeadership and ability to bring people togetherStress management and decision-making skillsOrganizational skills and rigorAnalytical mind and ability to work under pressureTeam spirit and ability to collaborateSense of initiative and proactivityAlliance Green Services is committed to building an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and is welcoming of people of all backgrounds.
