You’ll use your expertise in electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs to ensure facilities operate at peak efficiency.If you are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys variety and independence in your workday, this is the place for you.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a CBRE Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.Must be comfortable with extensive everyday travel covering Orlando and Tampa, FL. Must live within designated radius of the job site to reliably work schedule/shift. WHAT YOU'LL DOPerform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner. Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
