Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boise, ID, for a Site Safety Manager. The Site Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure compliance with all occupational health and environmental safety regulations. Daily tasks include conducting safety training sessions, performing accident investigations, overseeing workplace safety inspections, and collaborating with on-site teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards. The role also requires proactive involvement in fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout all phases of construction projects. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of Occupational Health practices and Industrial Safety standardsProficiency in developing and delivering effective Safety Training programs to diverse teamsExperience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management and complianceSkills in conducting Accident Investigations and implementing corrective measuresStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site settingMust have 5 years in a Safety Manager role, OSHA 500, CHST or SMP prefered.
