Retail Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at 32 Degrees, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales. You’ll be the face of the brand, promoting our mission of offering innovative, comfortable clothing solutions for all. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide detailed product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including folding, hanging, and replenishing merchandise Process sales transactions quickly and accurately Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products on the floor Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and store security practices Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient store environment Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and resolve issues where possible High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks A passion for fashion, apparel, and the 32 Degrees brand Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Jersey City, NJ 07310 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Jersey City, NJ 07310: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
