Operations/Project Coordinator Position SummaryThe Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of construction projects by coordinating activities between project management, field operations, and manufacturing/production teams. This role ensures schedules, materials, documentation, and communication are aligned to meet project timelines and operational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of projectsCoordinate between construction sites and manufacturing/fabrication teams to ensure timely delivery of materialsTrack project schedules, milestones, and production timelinesMaintain and manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts)Assist with procurement by issuing purchase orders and tracking material deliveriesMonitor job progress and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholdersSupport job costing, budgeting, and invoice trackingCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsAssist with project setup, compliance documentation, and closeout processesEnsure alignment between field installation and manufactured componentsHelp identify scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks and escalate as neededQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)Skills & Competencies:3-5+ years of experience in construction project coordination and/or manufacturing operationsExperience working in a fast-paced, project-based environmentStrong understanding of construction workflows and basic manufacturing/fabrication processesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with project management softwareFamiliarity with ERP systems and production scheduling (Acumatica a plus)Work EnvironmentOffice based with frequent coordination with field teams and manufacturing facilitiesMay involve occasional site visitor plant walkthroughsFast-paced environment with shifting priorities based on projects and production needsCompensation & Benefits
