Assistant Merchandiser

What You'll Do• Travel to multiple store locations based on daily and weekly assignments
• Stock and restock merchandise to ensure proper assortment and availability
• Execute new item setups and promotional displays according to company standards
• Install and maintain signage, pricing, and promotional materials
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment efforts
• Remove expired or damaged products to maintain quality standards
• Support pricing accuracy and margin improvement initiatives
• Review basic sales trends and product performance
• Evaluate merchandising effectiveness and make recommendations
• Collaborate with store directors, department managers, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with training store teams on merchandising standards and stock rotation
What We're Looking For• Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable traveling between store locations
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and carry products throughout your shift
• Retail or merchandising experience preferred
Work EnvironmentThis is a field-based role requiring travel to multiple store locations. You'll spend much of your time on the sales floor, setting displays, adjusting inventory, and collaborating with store teams in a dynamic environment.
