Key Skills: Required 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Spiff or equivalent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms. Deep technical command of crediting rules, attainment logic, tiered/accelerated payouts, and split/overlay crediting. Strong data manipulation skills, including SOQL, data loads, and structured intercompany reconciliations. Experience resolving payout discrepancies against legacy systems or baseline calculators.
