What better way to ensure you are both paid well, but also based on the level of effort you have put into each jobPerks:Premium Healthcare Reimburse Program (HRA)Flexible schedulePaid trainingTake home cool findsReferral bonusTeam competitions / Bonus for top performanceAttainable room for growth within the companyCompany uniform proved (Shirt/Hat)Great company culture and leadership teamA typical day includes:The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their facesProvide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customerOnce your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilitiesTo run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations teamFeel amazing about helping your communityWhat you bring to the company:You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)Possess a valid driver's license (No CDL Required!)Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsPhysically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedlyPrevious sales and customer service experience will aid in the success of our teamWe have positions available immediately.
