This role is responsible for performing detailed cleaning tasks in residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Daily responsibilities may include cleaning restrooms, kitchens, offices, windows, carpets, and common areas, as well as emptying trash, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. The Cleaning Specialist follows established checklists and safety guidelines, uses cleaning equipment and products properly, and ensures spaces are left neat, organized, and presentable. This role may require working early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on client needs.Qualifications Experience with Commercial Cleaning, including offices, common areas, and business facilities.Experience with Home Cleaning and House Cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.Skills in Window Cleaning, including interior and accessible exterior glass surfaces.Experience with Carpet care, including vacuuming and basic stain-spotting techniques.Ability to follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and instructions with strong attention to detail.Capability to lift and move moderate weights, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely.Reliable transportation to various worksites within the Las Vegas, NV area and consistent punctuality.Strong work ethic, integrity, and respectful communication with clients, supervisors, and team members.Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
