Joining our team means building critical projects while making a meaningful impact alongside experienced professionals.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from planning through closeout. The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant, on-time, and on-budget hospital and clinic projects while managing stakeholder expectations, regulatory reviews, and contractor performance. The ideal candidate has strong construction management experience and specific expertise with healthcare regulations such as OSHPD and HCAI.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery for healthcare construction projects, including preconstruction, execution, commissioning, and closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow forecasts; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.Manage subcontractors and construction teams, including selection, contract administration, performance management, and dispute resolution.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, hospital staff, and regulatory agencies to ensure project objectives are met.Prepare and submit documentation required for OSHPD and HCAI reviews, coordinate responses to agency comments, and ensure timely approvals.Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes, infection control requirements, safety standards, and facility policies throughout construction.Implement and manage change order processes, risk registers, and quality control procedures.Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and progress meetings; provide clear, timely reporting to stakeholders.Oversee procurement of materials and long-lead items, and manage vendor relationships to meet project milestones.Facilitate project closeout activities including punch lists, commissioning documentation, as-built drawings, and turnover to operations.QualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction with at least 3 years focused on healthcare projects.Demonstrated experience with OSHPD plan review and approval processes and familiarity with HCAI requirements and documentation workflows.PMP, CCM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, infection control construction practices (ICRA), NFPA, and other applicable regulations.Proven track record managing project budgets, schedules, change management, and construction contracts.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore) and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work on-site regularly, pass necessary background checks, and coordinate around occupied healthcare facilities to minimize disruption.BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401kPaid time offPaid holidaysESOPCompany vehicle + fuel card...and more
