The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and executing growth equity investments in high-potential companies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess the attractiveness of investment opportunities. Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant data, including market trends, competitive landscape, and company performance metrics. Investment Thesis Development: Collaborate with senior team members to develop and present investment theses to the investment committee. Portfolio Management: Support the monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic guidance. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging sectors to identify new investment opportunities. Reporting: Prepare detailed investment memos and reports for internal and external stakeholders. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or management consulting. Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ) is a plus.
