Operations Manager
Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations of a single CABS location and is an essential member of the leadership team in ensuring that the CABS culture and business approach carries throughout the clinic.
Primary Administrative Responsibilities:
Track, analyze, and develop action plans to achieve KPI and growth goals
Provide day-to-day leadership to ensure smooth clinic operations
Train, oversee, and provide feedback on CABS policies & procedures
Work collaboratively with Service Coordinators, Clinical Team, and HR to identify staffing and client needs, capacity, etc.
Ensure reviews of all clinical staff are completed bi-weekly
Cultivate CABS culture within the clinic
Respond to and address escalated parent concerns
Coordinate clinic-wide parent communication, as needed
Demonstrate ability to utilize tools provided while being flexible and offering solutions to new challenges
Participate in RBT interviews and ensure staffing numbers are sufficient to meet clinical needs
Ensure physical clinical space meets client and staff needs.
Primary Clinical Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with Clinical Quality team to ensure clinical programming and outcomes are met
Advocate for clients, families, or staff who need additional resources to benefit from services
Address escalated parent/client concerns
Organize and assist in conducting CABS CE events
Respond to and address CM concerns, escalated RBT concerns
Help create and implement Performance improvement Plans for clinical staff, as needed
Engage and create community outreach activities
Lead weekly staff meetings
Analyze trends in staff performance and attendance
Manager HR concerns and work with HR on escalated issues such as workman's comp liaison etc.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the business impact of clinical practice (not necessarily ABA; could be related clinical profession)
3+ years’ experience in a managerial role (not including clinical case management capacity)
Clinical experience with individuals with autism and ABA practice, preferred
Must pass a thorough background check

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
