If you're passionate about mainframe technologies and ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications and systemsWrite and optimize COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe-based codePerform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of mainframe environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical requirementsMonitor mainframe performance and implement tuning improvementsParticipate in system migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiativesDocument technical specifications, processes, and proceduresProven experience in mainframe development or administration (IBM z/OS preferred)Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, or related mainframe technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex system environmentsExperience with mainframe performance monitoring and tuning toolsFamiliarity with SDLC methodologies and Agile development practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceCompensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
