Join Us.Envu is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified in the U.S., France and India (June 2025 – June 2026)FUNCTION: InnovationLOCATION: Florida, USA JOB TYPE: PermanentJOB GRADE: 6 GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Plan, direct and implement field trials for weed management solutionsManage field trials and cooperator relationships in Southeast USStrengthen innovative solutions through interaction with development specialists, universities researchers, technical directors, and other opinion leaders in marketsSupport commercial business in North America product launches and provide technical expertise in the weed management portfolio Maintain awareness of regional developments in scientific knowledge, regulatory affairs, and activism that may dictate changes in stewardship &/or composition of our portfoliosYOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: InnovationBe the center of regional/ territory insect, weed and disease control technical knowledgeLead T&O weed management projects through development activities based on external capabilitiesInterpret data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions using strong analytical and critical thinking skillsSupport Portfolio Life Cycle Management of T&O HerbicidesAccountable for the generation of data to support regulatory submissions, write, complete and submit to EPA and PRD and new product profilingSupport product launches regionally and provide expertise to the other regional deployment teamsManage external contract research and development activitiesCross-functional workServe as thought leader in driving weed management solutions through downstream governance processWork closely with Marketing and Commercial Operations to build tailored solutions in the market Effectively communicate technical outcomes in cross-functional environment Science-sharingRepresent Envu in the scientific and commercial worldEnsure competitive overview & trends are available and insights leveragedMEX/CEX communities to utilized establish pricing infrastructure (e.g. methodologies, tools and process) develop & manage pricing strategies that maximize value across the product lifecycle.ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements: Ph.D. degree in Agronomy or related fields with 5 years of working experience, or MSc with 10 years of industry experience Must have Weed Science experience Must have experience conducting field trials in golf, lawn, landscape, or production ornamentals settings Must have experience in managing cooperators or customer relationshipsEnvu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.
