Manage sales and cost objectives for JLG Industries. Responsible for yearly sales plan, budget and forecast. Directly supervises members of field sales team.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Sales forecasting which is developed for business and production planning which allows purchasing to buy materials and plan productionReceives input from the sales team and interacts with manufacturing to achieve a realistic and profitable planSupervise the sales team and maintain performance in accordance with corporate policy and customer satisfactionManage company days networking capital goalsMaintain and enforce use of the company contact management toolProvide leadership and motivation to sales team by providing reviewsInteract with key accounts and help close sales to achieve the sales planTravel to visit customers, attend showsPlan sales budgets on a monthly basis so company can plan for manpower and cash flowReceive input from the sales team to plan for sales volumePlans and schedules work activities to complete assignments in their order of priority and to make the most effective use of timeCommunicate effectivelyContributes to a favorable working climate within JLG Industries through a friendly manner and cooperative attitude in dealing with other employees and customersFollows established departmental and other required proceduresWillingly assists others as necessary to meet deadlinesUnderstands fully the requirements of our jobs and the systems that support usFulfills these requirements in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field10-plus years experience in related field
