Our client is seeking a Prosthodontics Dentist for a 90-day assignment in RI, starting Aug 3, 2026. This role involves performing scheduled surgical implant procedures and providing comprehensive follow-up care to patients. The successful candidate will focus on advanced restorative and surgical interventions, seeing an average of 2-4 arches per day, with typical shifts from 6:30am to 3pm.Responsibilities and DutiesPerform scheduled surgical procedures on days of need.Conduct full implant procedures and provide necessary follow-up care with patients.Handle an average of 2-4 arches per day.Execute advanced procedures including veneers, crowns/bridges, surgical extractions, ridge augmentation, implants, and root canals.Perform extractions, bone reductions, and suturing.Conduct implantation procedures.Manage a variety of complex restorative and surgical procedures.Confidently perform surgical extractions and bone grafts.Place and restore single implants.Complete root canal treatments with patient comfort in mind.Review digital scans and treatment plans collaboratively with the lab and team.Maintain a patient-first mindset within a high-performance environment.Additional InformationBoard Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery required.Shift hours: 6:30am - 3pm.BenefitsStrong compensationTravel-related expenses coveredA-rated medical malpractice insurance providedDedicated recruiter for future travel opportunitiesWhat are Locum Tenens Jobs?Locum tenens jobs, sometimes referred to as travel assignments, are contract positions that help meet patient care needs at various healthcare facilities and hospitals for a defined period.
