RPO Contracts Manager - Remote
The Role The Korn Ferry RPO Contracts Manager will be accountable for optimizing the contracting and Financial Account Management practices within Korn Ferry RPO business. This role will implement standardized contracting practices to maximize efficiencies within the business and minimize risks. This individual will work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations and leadership for day-to-day execution, and will be responsible for significant internal and external change management initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFirst point of review for all contractsFollowing up on key contract clauses as they arise (i.e. CPI, Min Volumes etc.)Develop and maintain contract templatesIdentify and mitigate client engagement risks by advising RPO teams with regards to sound contract provisions, standards, and approaches in accordance with Korn Ferry policies, principles, and standards.Partner to develop consistent standards and monitor compliance regularlySupport legal team to integrate client standards and client project terms into contractsPartner in proposal process to ensure seamless transition from proposal to contractBuild and maintain a network of contracting champions in different locations to ensure effective local support for the RPO, finance, and legal departmentsCoach and support RPO bid teams across the GlobeAssist in deploying training required for the new contract process implementationAssist in updating the contracting training materialsAssist in various ad-hoc projectsRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in Legal, Finance, Business Administration or other related fieldAbility to work and conduct meetings around an international schedule3 or more years of experience managing complex, high-profile contracts or contracting processesPrevious risk management, compliance, or regulatory experience.Previous experience in Legal, Professional Services, Finance or a regulated environment is an advantageCommercially astute. Must have a commercial mindset and be able to understand multiple business perspectives.
