Job Description Job Title: RN Manager – Trauma ProgramLocation: Manchester, NHType: Direct Hire/ Full-TimeShift & Schedule: Day Shift | No WeekendsPay Rate: $47.30/hr – $65.20/hr (Based on Experience)Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance available on a case-by-case basisPosition Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN Manager – Trauma Program for an exciting Travel or Local job in Manchester, NH.Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive and cost-effective trauma care system • Coordinate trauma patient care activities under the direction of the Trauma Medical Director • Serve as liaison between hospital and EMS, Fire Services, Ambulance Services, and Police Departments • Build and maintain relationships with EMS Medical Directors and New Hampshire State Trauma authorities • Develop and update trauma program policies and procedures based on best practices and NH trauma directives • Conduct review and evaluation of trauma patient records and maintain trauma registry documentation • Identify quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans • Coordinate preparation for Statewide and American College of Surgeons trauma designation site visits • Respond to trauma team activations during working hours and provide clinical guidance • Assist ED Physician Director with resource hospital initiatives • Oversee QA and compliance for NH TEMSIS Patient Care Reporting system • Maintain current trauma knowledge through continuing education, certifications, and conferencesQualifications:Education: • Nursing Degree required • BSN requiredExperience: • Minimum 3 years of recent trauma patient care experience in acute care setting requiredLicensure & Certifications: • Current RN license in the State of New Hampshire required • BLS required • ACLS required • PALS required • TNCC required • CEN certification preferredFor more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
