Click "Apply On Web" or "Apply Now" to access our Recruiter s contact details and give us a call today! **===** We will NOT accept 3rd Party (C2C) Contractors **===JOB DETAILS:Position:DATA ANALYST (Data Analytics)JOB REF#:Duration:12 Months (Contract)Location:HYBRID - Plano, TX 75024Pay Rate:$50.00 - 58.00 per hour (W2 ONLY)HYBRID: Must be able to work ONSITE 4 days per week (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)Data Analyst will support banking, Commercial Lending projects.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Uncover business needs and the true questions that the company is trying to answer in order to properly frame your analysisLeverage your SQL/Python/R coding skills to pull and organize data that is needed for your analysisFind insights buried in the data by applying your arsenal of creative problem-solving, data exploration, and quantitative analytical skills (including statistical methods)Assess the quantitative and qualitative impacts of possible actions based on your insight, taking into consideration our customers, our employees, and our companyRecommend actions based on your insights by effectively telling the story that is supported by data through presentations (PowerPoint), data visualizations (Tableau), and clear and concise verbal and written communications skillsCoordinate with various stakeholders to help implement and measure recommended actionsBuild relationships with key stakeholders across such as Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Insurance, Risk, Technology, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Treasury, etc.Continuously improve your analytical, technical, communication, and people skills through offered training and on-the-job experience to prepare for advancement into analytical leadership roles.Become a subject matter expert for your business area by developing a comprehensive understanding of its strategies, processes, policies, and dataGuide/mentor other analysts on best practices for analysis and data storytelling.REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:**MUST be able to interview ONSITE**3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, providing data analytics, data analysis and creating interactive dashboards (Not looking for a Data Engineer)Experience working with stake holders.
