Science-backed since 1950, now enhanced by AI.Core Responsibilities Marketplace Management: Manage listings and growth on Amazon (India & International), Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, Pharmeasy, and more. SEO & Visibility: Perform platform-specific keyword research and optimization to ensure organic ranking across diverse algorithms. Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize PPC/Display campaigns with a monthly budget of ₹45+ Lakhs. Global Expansion: Coordinate listings and advertising for Amazon USA, UAE, UK, Canada, and Singapore. Content Strategy: Draft high-converting product titles, descriptions, and A+ content specifications. Product Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends and assist in new SKU launches.Candidate Requirements Experience: 2–5 years in E-commerce/Digital Marketing (FMCG, Nutraceutical, or Pharma OTC preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO software, E-commerce analytics, and PPC management. Mindset: Self-starter with “ownership” qualities and a desire to evolve into a Category Head.Compensation & Perks Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000.
