MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training requiredBE/BC with ABMS or AOA requiredActive, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicableBLS/ACLS required within 180 days of hirePhysical Demands

Pay RangePay Range: $279,825 to $329,175 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
