Controller — Dallas, TXCompensation: $160k - $170k/yr, + generous bonus + medical/dental/vision + PTO/sick time etc.We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong Controller to lead the accounting function for a growing OSP/fiber construction company in Dallas. This is a high-impact role reporting to the CFO, with broad ownership across financial reporting, compliance, team leadership, and strategic finance initiatives.What You'll DoLead all accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting functions across the organizationOwn the month-end close process and oversee audits, ensuring compliance with US GAAPManage cash flow, debt compliance, and internal financial controlsStandardize and scale reporting across business units, including newly acquired entitiesPartner closely with the CFO on Board and Audit Committee presentations and initiativesBuild, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting teamWhat We're Looking ForBackground in OSP, fiber, or construction — this industry experience is a strong differentiatorExperience operating in a small to mid-size company environment where you've worn multiple hatsStrong technical accounting expertise including revenue recognition, long-term contracts, and lease accountingProficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferredExperience in project cost accounting and/or inventory accountingProven leadership track record in a high-growth or fast-moving environmentCPA preferred
