This is a part-time opportunity with work hours set from either 8:00 AM-12:30 PM or 8:30 AM-1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The position runs from June 17, 2026, through July 17, 2026. We are seeking a dedicated RN who is passionate about school-based care and eager to contribute to a collaborative educational environment.Key Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) with current, active California licensurePrior experience in a school-based nursing role is requiredAble to commit to the full duration of the program and specified hoursMust be able to reliably commute to the job siteReliable personal transportation is necessaryCandidates with the appropriate school nurse credential will receive priority considerationRole Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing services to students as outlined in care plansRespond to medical emergencies and administer first aid as neededCollaborate with educational staff and parents to address student health needsAdminister and document medications and medical treatments in accordance with best practices and district policiesMaintain accurate student health records and confidentialitySupport a safe and healthy school environment through ongoing health monitoring and educationThis is an excellent chance to immerse yourself in a rewarding school setting while working part time on a set summer schedule.
