Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift (Must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education ReimbursementSalary: $115,434 - $144,293 plus annual target bonusIf you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologiesAdhere to all established safety, health and quality General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the companyOversee the optimal operation of their assigned plant's Manufacturing Processes i.e., hands on process adjustments, changes to maintain required productivity, etc. Including Centerline documents and Process Control PlansManage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processesApply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduce process variationParticipate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvementTravel up to 10%Other duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of Process Management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 10 plus years of Process Management experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Master's DegreeLean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma certifications, i.e., Management and Strategy InstituteKnowledge of Infinity SPC or similar SPC software, JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical software
