Client Relations Analyst

????Compensation:$19/hour
????Duration:12-month contract with strong temp-to-perm conversion opportunity
????What Youll Do:
Investigate, research, and resolveclient complaints and inquiriesin a formal written format
Ensure compliance with regulations governingclient complaint handling
Draft clear, professional responses communicating the firms decisions to clients
Manage a high volume of assigned cases with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Support additional operational functions such assettlement processing and privacy opt-out requests
Handle incoming client calls as needed and assist with ad hoc projects
????What Were Looking For:
Background inFinance, Business, or related field
Strongcustomer service experience(client-facing roles preferred)
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and investigative mindset
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and sound judgment
