ECHO Incorporated is looking for a Machine Operator to join our growing team. We are seeking a Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. Key duties include trimming excess material (flash), assembling molded parts, and ensuring the production process meets quality and safety standards.
2nd Shift Monday-Friday from 2:00pm-10:30pm. Wage is $15.00/hour plus .50 cent shift differential.

Eligible for a $300 referral bonus upon referring to an employee who successfully completes 90 days of employment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor plastic molding machines during production cycles
Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications
Trim flash and excess material from molded plastic parts using hand tools or trimming equipment
Assemble molded plastic parts as required based on job specifications
Ensure proper flow of raw materials into molding machines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Report any equipment malfunctions or material issues to the supervisor promptly
Provide support to other departments to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in plastic molding or a manufacturing environment is an asset but not required.
Ability to use basic hand tools and trimming equipment
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for long periods and lift to [50 lbs.]
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
