Role: Project Analyst - IT Analyst/CoordinatorDuration: 12 monthsLocation: Pittsburgh, PA HM Notes: IT Analyst/Coordinator role, which will support strategic projects with IT components.The role involves managing projects at the program level, ensuring project managers build out their plans and status reports.The candidate will work with the PMO to report project status to executives and manage resource loading.The position requires understanding and working with ServiceNow to track and manage projects.The IT Project Analyst/Coordinator role supports strategic IT projects, including ServiceNow implementation, and requires coordination with project managers to manage resources and report project status. This role emphasizes a hybrid methodology, with a preference for DevOps experience.IT Project Analyst will work with the PMO to manage multiple projects at the program level. Job DescriptionWork with Program Managers in developing program level project plans.Collect and analyze project-related data and generate reports.Prepare and maintain project documentation including weekly status reports.Familiar with using Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, HP PPM or other project management tools.
