Lumark has an exciting job opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in support of the United States Navy (USN) Military Sealift Command (MSC) team onsite – this is an IMMEDIATE OPENING on an ACTIVE CONTRACT through 2029.DutiesGeneral maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, plastering, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, and machinery.Perform facilities preventative maintenance, repair, removal, disposal, and general upkeep.Inventory management to include tools, equipment, and consumables.Perform weekly Building and facility inspections.Specialized facilities maintenance work including carpentry, painting, roofing, and welding.Prepare and submit reports against a set schedule.Lead a small team of maintenance technicians and coordinate with active duty and civilian military personnel and other contractor teams across multiple sites.QualificationsU.S. Citizenship.Currently hold or have recently held at minimum a DoD Secret Clearance.Must currently reside in or near San Diego, CA and be able to commute to the MSC work location.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.Job DetailsCompensation: $28 - $30 Hourly Rate.Hours: 40 Hours a week.Location: Onsite 5 days a week.What we offer:Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Annual paid leave to include vacation, sick and holidays.Retirement 401k.Physical RequirementsMust have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, walking, lifting, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.We thank you for your consideration of the job and wish you the best.JobID: 0088
