The Unit Manager, RN oversees daily clinical operations, supervises staff nurses and CNAs, and supports an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.Requirements:Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent Tennessee RN licenseMinimum 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patientsStrong leadership, communication, and clinical skillsResponsibilities:Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to complete accurate assessments and develop or update individualized care plansCommunicate effectively with patients and families, encouraging participation in care decisionsEnsure delivery of appropriate nursing care and assist with treatments and medications as neededSupervise, coach, and support nursing staff and CNAsParticipate in daily and monthly meetingsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Director of NursingBenefits: Full-time: Competitive pay, health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, scrub uniforms, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match.
