Customer Service RepresentativeByrider is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our CNAC financing program. In this role, you will help customers stay on track with their vehicle payments while contributing to the financial strength and stability of our organization.Rewards for Customer Service Representative:Competitive hourly pay plus bonus package, earning potential up to $55,000 a year.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Company matched 401k.Paid Holidays and PTO.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A supportive and team-oriented work environment.Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:Contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payment solutionsReview and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepanciesPrepare and send collection notices and correspondenceDocument all customer interactions and payment arrangements accuratelyPartner with customers to resolve billing or payment concernsCollaborate with internal departments to address account-related inquiriesFollow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are metCommunicate potential risks or trends to managementProvide additional administrative support as neededRequirements for Customer Service Representative:Customer service background desiredStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities independentlyBasic knowledge of lending and financing practices a plus.Hours for Customer Service Representative:Full-time (40 hours)100% onsiteNo Sundays5 day work week, Mon-Sat with a weekday offLocation hours: Monday - Friday 10-7, Sat 10-5Shifts will vary
