Litigation Attorney

A highly regarded and well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle complex business disputes and work closely with a dynamic team in a collaborative, client-focused, and growth-oriented environment.What We’re Looking For:Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar3+ years of experience in commercial litigation, including handling cases in state and federal courtsExperience representing businesses and individuals in contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, business torts, and related mattersAbility to manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparationStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent client communication and relationship management abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $175,000 – $185,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
