About us We are Carmel's newest home-based learning center that has been designed to provide the environment, warmth, and resources every child needs to thrive, supported by the experience and professionalism every family deserves from their child care provider. We are committed to helping children grow and discover a love for learning through hands-on activities, creative exploration, and lots of TLC! We are looking to hire full time person to lead our toddler classroom. This is a unique position to help us build an incredible center! Responsibilities: - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Maintain the established schedule and routine for your classroom - Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning - Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's care - Maintain a clean and organized classroom - Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior. - Create and implement lessons plans Experience: - Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. - Strong time management skills. - High standard for cleanliness and organization.
